Selecting client status

Within your Fact Finder you have the option of defining the status of your client.

The options are;

• Prospect
• Client
• Deceased
• Deactivated
• Archived 

It is important that as you move through the client acquisition process that you maintain the correct status of your client as it may impact on the demographic reports you may wish to examine from the system
