Does the system track the SMS function?

Within the SMS ICON that is displayed in your Client Information Board (CIB) you will notice that by clicking on the ICON you have the ability to send a TEXT message directly from the system.

Once you do this the system will store that TEXT message into your Client File Notes section.

You also have the option to view the instant history of SMS prior to sending your SMS, this allows you to personally track and manage your communication with your client
