Before you do anything it is important for you to understand the structure of the system, as you most likely have never seen or used a system like this before.
Hero Software offers a complete USER friendly perspective on the process of advice.
Each interaction has been designed to be completed within 3 clicks and to display the desired outcome of your client.
It achieves this by designing software that enables Data Flow to be presented in a manner and expectation of both an Adviser or their client.
We removed the bulk of data that just overloads everyone and everything.
We instilled smart logic to enable increase in client engagement without increasing risk.
We designed smart pages so you can use them as a Point of Advice position for your clients.
So before you use the software you first need to understand how Data Flow impacts on your business so please read this section - then read How we are different= within the help files.

Once you understand that, everything else will seem very logical.
Second you need to understand how the Dashboard works and everything that is on it, all the data is automatically generated in real-time.
Next you will begin to understand that we have segmented out the process of advice to include;
- Cash-flow
- Insurance
- Superannuation & SMSF
- Super Accumulation goal, management, monitoring and engagement
- Investments
- Estate Planning
Your Current Fact Finder is what you need to use for Hero to do its thing
Now all the data will come from your Fact Finder however you can add data along the way by going to each Tab, the most important thing is, if you look at the advice model above its quite logical;
- Without money you can't do much
- Without insurance you carry all the risk
- Without a Accumulation Goal you have no control over your income when you stop work
- Without Super you limit the Tax advantages you can get in investing
- Without any investments you have to do all the work to make money instead of retiring
- Without a sound Estate Plan how do you manage everything when the worst things happen
Please use the How to section of the help files as once you get to understand how we use data you will better understand how the outcomes are created.
