Inactive portal use - How the logout feature works

Login Time out protocols

Each session is unrestricted whilst you are operative within the portal. In short, whilst you are working on files within the portal the session will remain open however, for security reasons and as part of best practice, if you open a session (by logging in) and do not complete any activities then the portal will assume that you have left the session and log you out.

The duration of inactivity that would instigate a session logout period is 20 mins. 

To resume your work simply log back into the portal and recommence your work. 

Note: Although re-logging in will not return you to where you left off, the auto save feature will ensure that any work within the Fact Finder will be saved and within the SOA generator you must remember to save your work as you go along.
